In one paragraph, what you'll learn in this training

Lex Gillan has drilled this down to what we need to know to go out into the world and find our own style. I love that individualism was encouraged and not squashed into a set idea of what a yoga teacher should be. You will always know that you can reach out for guidance and support from Lex. It is amazing how many great yoga instructors I meet that started out with Lex Gillan. Thank you The Yoga Institute for showing me that yoga can be my future any way I choose!
